Grilling season is upon us but if you like the taste of grilled foods all year round, it's time to add a premium enameled-cast iron grill to your cookware collection.  Now, I'll be the first to say that there is no substitute for a perfectly grilled steak cooked over hot coals on an outdoor grill....but alas, living in an apartment in NYC I'm not able to grill outdoors, so the next best thing for me is to use a cast iron stove top grill pan to grill steaks, burgers, lamb kebabs, vegetables and other foods.

Square Country Grill (10" x 10") offers a long handle on one side and short helper handles on the other side for better leverage and balance lifting, as well as two V-shaped spouts to pour out cooking juices and fats without messy drips.  Available in Staub's signature Black Matte #1202723 and Royal Blue #1202776.  Stove top and oven safe, these versatile grills can be used to sear steaks in minutes on the stovetop and then can be placed in a hot oven to reach the desired level of doneness.
